I'm playing Age of Fear 3: The Legend, a turn-based fantasy strategy game by The Age of Fear Team. The game features two lengthy, challenging campaigns of scripted missions against numerous enemy units. In addition, multiplayer skirmish battles on a small number of maps (no randomized maps) are available on a LAN or against the AI; team rosters are customized before each match.
There are a lot of units to choose from scattered across several races, with many interesting abilities to take advantage of during battle. Age of Fear 3 retains the gameplay of its predecessors: turn-based on maps devoid of hexes, where units can block the movement of enemies to shield heroes and support units. The AI is strong, able to cope with the multitude of unit abilities and provide a competent opponent.
While the gameplay of Age of Fear 3: The Legend is not significantly different from the previous games in the series and the game engine has remained the same for six years, the long campaigns and huge variety of units and abilities do provide value in this new edition.

What's inside?
Five new battles with completely new enemies (Gargoyles), a riddle and Elementals which will join you doing the remainder of campaign!

(you can completely replace dwarves or forest creatures and finish game with Elementals!)

I hope you will enjoy and that's why we offered a huge initial discount (-25%!) for our players.

Welcome everyone,

I would like to start by thanking you all for your continous support while we were developing our 3rd game!
In such a crowded market, having such a responsive and understanding community is truly a rare phenomenom.

Age of Fear series has come a long way, from it's first release in 2011 when it was started as a simple TBS game. Since then we have implemented many more new features and improved on the existing ones.
I would also like to point out that many of these features were either directly suggested on the forum or developed in cooperation with some of you. So thank you all for that!!

We cannot say that the Age of Fear series is a perfect game, ofcourse it has its own rough edges and imperfections. Although, we may wish to create a truly AAA product, but we are only but a small team. However, we will stay committed to making your experience as exceptional as possible. As many of you know, we are still upgrading our old games and this will continue for the foreseeable future.
